The Covenant Stack™ is a comprehensive economic framework composed of a foundation and
thirty-three interdependent layers. Together, these layers define how non-monetary value may be
created, governed, circulated, settled, expired, recovered, and reconciled alongside traditional money

Why Cash-Only Systems Fail

This matters because modern economic systems force nearly all activity through cash, even when cash
is the least efficient tool for the job. Cash is essential, but it is also scarce, extractive, and increasingly
intermediated.

market capture.
